Issue 8 Junior School News

Since my last newsletter post we have had parent teacher interviews. Thank you to all Year 7 and 8 students, parents and carers who came on the day. It was a successful day with many productive conversations, which we hope will serve as a catalyst for the remainder of the year. There are several upcoming events in the Junior Sub-School that I wish to highlight:

The College will observe two student-free days coming up on the 21st and 29th of August.

Year 7 students are scheduled to visit the Melbourne Zoo with their Science teachers on the 30th of August. Please note that consent forms for this trip must be submitted by Friday, the 23rd of August, beyond which we cannot accept consents or payments.

Year 7 immunisations are scheduled for the 20th of August, and we require all relevant forms to be returned to the school promptly.

In terms of academics, another set of progress reports will be released shortly, so please monitor Compass for updates.

I hope all families are going well and students are enjoying their time at school for the term.
